Possessing more than 35 years of manufacturing and management experience, Tim brings a valuable portfolio of leadership experience to Allied Recreation Group. With an emphasis on effectively stream-lining day-to-day operations of manufacturing, Tim has a proven track record for out-performing industry standards and exceeding rapid business growth. Tim holds a BS in Business Administration from Carroll University and an MBA from American Graduate School of International Management.
Lance Randolph, Chief Financial Officer, is focused on increasing the efficiency of internal processes and cost structures, paramount to the company's vision of providing the best value in the RV industry while providing an acceptable return to shareholders. Lance started his career at Fleetwood in March 2011 in the role of Company Controller. Lance is a graduate of Culver Military Academy and The Ohio State University.
Joining ARG as Chief Operating Officer in 2013, John Lowry previously worked at Harley-Davidson, most recently holding the title of General Manager of Powertrain Operations. John is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, holds an MBA from Harvard University and has also earned degrees from Princeton, Stanford and the U.S. Army War College.
Mike Snell was with Monaco RV for 20 years and was named President of Monaco and Holiday Rambler when the brands were acquired by ARG in 2013. His focus is on returning the Monaco and Holiday Rambler brands back to their original standing as leaders in the motorized market and position them at the forefront of product innovation, quality and customer service. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Oregon State University.
Steve Heim began his career at Fleetwood in January 1984 in the plant maintenance department. He quickly worked his way into the Company's parts and service organization, where he held nearly every position. Prior to becoming Vice-President of Customer Experience, Steve was the company's National Owner Relations Manager.
